Zephyr Sizzler

Mark your calendars for the 1st Annual SMC Steak Fry to support Zephyr athletics on Wednesday, September 1 at Waverly Beach in Menasha.  Kick-off is at 5:30 p.m. Tables of 8 - $500, individual Tickets - $65.  Special Appearances by Zephyr Greats and other featured speakers. Grade/Middle School Night-Football

All students/families are required to complete the following forms and bring them to Orientation on August 31, 2010.

 

·         School Picture Day Flyer (attach money)

·         Medical Release Form

·         Cafe Terminal Lunch Information Form

·         Student / Parent Acceptable Use Agreement

·         Field Trip Permission Form (for specific pre-determined trips)

·         Photo and Directory Publishing Consent

·         Senior Privilege Application (SENIORS ONLY)
