TCCES Faculty and Staff Awards
Each year Twin City Catholic Educational System (TCCES) will acknowledge the talent and dedication of our employees by recognizing outstanding TCCES faculty and staff members when choosing the recipients of the St. John Baptist de la Salle Outstanding Teacher Award, St. Frances Xavier Award for Positive Influence, and St. Anne Award for TCCES Spirit. The awards will be presented annually at the TCCES staff end of the year gathering in June. Each award winner will receive an award plaque, $250 and well-deserved recognition at the end of year staff gathering. Nominations for all awards are due by April 20th.
St. John Baptist de la Salle Outstanding Teacher Award
Criteria for the Award: The Outstanding Teacher Award is presented to a current TCCES teacher who continually inspires and academically challenges his/her students. This award was established to recognize excellence in teacher, with a focus on creativity, rapport with students, positive attitude and high quality instruction. The Outstanding Teacher Award recognizes a special teacher that has an outstanding relationship with students, parents, and peers, contributes constructively and positively to their school and TCCES and lives his/her faith in and out of the classroom. The recipient of this award challenges his/her students to work to their highest potential and teaches them to set high self expectations and standards.
St. Frances Xavier Positive Influence Award
Criteria for the Award: The Positive Influence Award is presented to a current TCCES faculty or staff member who has made an exceptional difference in the lives of our students and their families. This person continually goes above and beyond to make sure that our students feel school is a haven for learning and growing. They promote personal growth, spirituality and life-long learning as the path to future success. Award winners are recognized for going well beyond expectations for the good of TCCES students, their families and the entire TCCES system.
St. Anne Award for TCCES Spirit
Criteria for the Award: The TCCES Spirit Award is presented to a current faculty or staff member that has shown an outstanding commitment to presenting all TCCES schools in a positive manner and works to retain and recruit TCCES students and families to all of our schools. This individual continually works toward the betterment of our schools and students, and actively encourages students, parents, families, parishioners and the community to learn more about our other schools and programs. The recipient takes personal pride and responsibility in TCCES’ success as a system and works positively with administration for the betterment of TCCES and Catholic education.
