St. Margaret Mary Welcome
Welcome to the St. Margaret Mary Catholic School website. Thank you for visiting us to learn more about our school. St. Margaret Mary Elementary School offers a creative, positive learning environment for students from preschool through 5th grade. Our curriculum allows our students to develop spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically. It is our belief that this basic foundation will guide our students throughout their lives.
We strive to meet the needs of students through differentiating the curriculum. All children learn in different ways and at different rates. It is our belief that we can work with all children to help them find the best way to learn. We have a dedicated and talented staff. Our program includes Jr. Preschool (age 2 1/2), Preschool (3-year olds), PreKindergarten (4 and 5 year olds), and Kindergarten through fifth grade. We also offer specialty teachers in Music, Art, Physical Education, Spanish, Computer, Band, Library, and Guidance.
We want our families to feel a sense of community at St. Margaret Mary. Our efforts are focused on creating an environment in which our families work together for the benefit of all of our children. We are also a faith community - A Community of Believers. Each year we choose a theme to help us in our faith development. This year we will focus on Faith Integration, bringing our faith into all aspects of our lives. There are nine principles of Faith Integration: environment, community, prayer, spirituality, scripture, social justice, morality, witness, and sacrament. We will focus on one principle each month during this school year.
