Meet the Technology Team
Whether in business or education, making the most of each person's strengths and working together are among the keys to developing a successful organization. The truth of this philosophy is reflected in the TCCES Technology Department. Technology Director Eric Siems is responsible for the management of the office and facilitating projects, and Assistant Director Bill Schulze is, according to Siems, "the brains behind the machinery."
Each has an area for which he is responsible, but they keep each other informed about everything, and work together on most projects. Their primary responsibilities involve addressing problems experienced by staff, faculty and administration at the TCCES schools and parishes, and implementing the plan developed by the TCCES technology committee. Currently, they are working to implement the new one-to-one laptop program at St. Mary Central, which includes extensive network, hardware, installation and training responsibilities.
According to Eric Siems, their goal is to work together to address needs "as fast as we can, as best we can." Clearly, the TCCES technology team has worked out a formula of teamwork that works well for them, and in turn, for everyone in the TCCES system.
